SUMMARY:Summer Reading Outreach: Week 2
DESCRIPTION:Engage early scientists\, artists\, and outdoor lovers alike with fossil casts\, coloring pages\, posters\, and paleontology field kits. We will get a taste for the wonder of paleontology and the massive scale of the animals that once roamed Makoshika State Park in Montana. \nOutreach is where we bring Summer Reading to our rural communities. Join Friends of Stillwater County Library once a week at community centers in Reed Point\, Park City\, Rapelje\, Fishtail and Absarokee for Storytime\, activities and more. Aimed for ages 4-12 (but all ages are welcome to attend.) DESCRIPTION:A book club for adults\, but with a short story because sometimes there isn’t enough time to read an entire book. We will discuss “Woman Hollering Creek” by Sandra Cisneros.  A young Mexican woman named Cleófilas who marries a Mexican American man and moves to Seguin\, Texas.
