Homebrewing: Brewing Basics

Join Rob Brown, multidisciplinary PhD-abd and homebrewing enthusiast, in a four-session introductory course on brewing beer.  Discovery rich history, recipes, basic equipment and process of homebrewing.  Deepen your understanding and appreciation of this 1,000-year-old craft with us!

In this session we will go over basic equipment, mashing in, sparging the grains, the long boil and hopping.
