Gentle Yoga

Crystal Hitchcock will teach a gentle yoga class that focuses on connecting your body and breath.  Participants will stretch their bodies out and connect with their breathing. Appropriate for all levels.

A limited amount of yoga mats and blocks will be available. Please bring your own if you have one or both.

Class begins at 8:20 am and will end around 9:00 am.
