Did you know the principles that make real airplanes fly are the same for paper ones? Even the strength and density of paper proportionally is similar to materials used to construct planes! We have been making paper airplanes for thousands of years. Even Leonardo da Vinci attempted to make flying machines out of parchment. At the library we have entire books dedicated to making them! Put those folds to the test in our airplane race between the stacks.
