In an effort to better serve their customers and to respond to realities of change technology, FWP has implemented a new License Ambassador system for external license sales. License Ambassadors are organizations that sell FWP licenses and permits to their customers. These sales happen via the public Online Licensing System (OLS) portal.
FWP has made this change because the old license sales equipment is unreplaceable and outdated. This has prevented them from adding additional businesses and created costly inefficiencies for FWP and our partners. Additionally, with the wide-spread usage of our OLS, FWP can simplify our accounting of license sales by directing all sales through this system.
