The Homebound Delivery Program is where we bring the library to you. If you are eligible for this program, a designee will deliver library materials to you. You will be able to choose to use the library’s online catalog and place items on hold, or you can ask library staff to make selections based on your preferences. Individuals who live in Stillwater County who are unable to get to the library because of the following reasons are eligible to participate in the program:
- Permanent physical disabilities which prevent an individual from visiting the library.
- Temporary physical limitations (or illness) which prevent an individual from visiting the library for a minimum of three weeks or longer.
- Severe mobility problems which prevent an individual from visiting the library.
